Dancing in hot weather increases our body temperature. To keep cool, drink plenty of water during and after your class. Bring a small plastic bottle 500ml of water to the dance studio.
In between your classes it will be helpful to eat fresh fruit or raw vegetables downstairs in the waiting area. Eating and drinking (exception for water) are not permitted in the dance studio.
Glass water bottles as well as Soda and lemonade drinks are not allowed in the school.
