Reload & Relax class is a 60 minutes ‘feel good’ ballet-training. It includes a Breathing Barre with focus on breathing for balance and strength. There is room for musicality and dance-pleasure for dealing with stress.
Gravity Free Jump Technique
The barre is followed by inspiring centre work and jump and coordination technique with the use of a chair. For this part you need a stable chair, the feet should be on the floor.
