Strength and Joy for Everyone
A different class at The Hague’s Summer School inspired by classical ballet, Pilates and fitness with resistance bands, light weights, or a Pilates ring. Exercises to strengthen feet and leg muscles, improving core stability and balance control. The class also includes graceful dance sequences and finishes with a relaxing flexibility session, leaving you feeling strong and inspired.
