Strength Training and Stamina Barre

Ballet special. Body conditioning and strength training often using resistance bands, yoga blocks, small weights etc.

Stamina Barre focused on feet work and higher legs.
Pointe technique in the centre, this part can be taken on flat or in pointe shoes

For the strength section, we often use resistance bands, mini bands, yoga blocks, and small weights.

EXTRA POSSIBILITY
This class is also available online!
You can join with or without the tools.
We use:
-Two Ankle Weights 0,5 kg
Resistance Band
Mini Bands
-Two Yoga Blocks
