Ballet strength training in the summer
A different class for ballet lovers.
With a bit of body conditioning and strength training inspired by Pilates and fitness often using resistance bands, yoga blocks, small weights etc.
Work at the barre is focused on feet work and higher legs, it’s a mini stamina barre!
Pointe technique in the centre, this part can be taken on flat or in pointe shoes
This class is perfect for all ballet lovers building strength and technique. Open to intermediate dancers with or without pointes in a fun, supportive environment.
