Quick warming up (work at the barre is focused on fast feet work and higher legs). Muscle strengthening exercises.
Pointe technique in the centre. Class can be taken on flat or in pointe shoes

FOR VIRTUAL STUDENTS 
Sometimes we use small ankle weights with several excercises. If you are following the class online you can order Ankle Weights on Tunturi.com or Bol.com
The maximum weight that is allowed is 0,5 kg.
