Flexibility and Yoga Blocks

YOGA BLOCKS | FLEXIBILITY

When you start with ballet for the first time or if you need to improve your flexibility, we strongly recommend you bring two yoga blocks to class. We use the blocks with stretch exercises. If you are flexible and you can do full Split and side Splits the yoga blocks might not be necessary.
